HTC Sensation 4G: How to Delete a Conversation in Message app

Once you find one of the Conversations in your Message app is no longer needed any more. All you have to do is to remove it from your HTC Sensation, and you can get more space for a new conversation. Just follow this tutorial to know how to delete a conversation in a Message app:

1. First, tap the Home key to get back to your Home screen.

2. Then choose the Apps icon.

3. Next, tap to select the Message app.

4. Now, do any of these two options below:

Option 1:

- Tap to view the All messages screen.

- Press and hold a contact (or a phone number) who has the messages you want to delete.

- Then hit the Delete button.

Option 2:

- First tap to view the exchanging messages in a conversation screen.

- Then press the Menu button.

- Next, hit Delete.

- Choose Delete thread.

(Or you may have to tap More > Delete > Delete thread).

5. You will be asked to confirm your deletion, just hit OK to delete the entire thread.

Note: Unless you select Delete locked messages check box, otherwise any locked messages in the conversation thread will still remain undeleted.

 
HTC Sensation 4G: How to Delete Several Messages Within a Conversation

HTC Sensation 4G allows you to remove several messages within a conversation. This option is extremely helpful when you need to delete your unnecessary chatting details during a conversation but still want to keep some contact information or a useful link to a webpage for later use.

Here’s how you can customize your deletion:

1. First, tap the Home key to get back to your Home screen.

2. Then choose the Apps icon.

3. Next, tap to select the Message app.

4. Now, choose a contact (or a phone number) on the All messages screen to show all your exchanging messages with that contact.

5. Now, touch the Menu button.

6. Then press Delete button (or you may have to tap More and Delete).

7. Now, hit Delete by selection.

In case that contact used many phone numbers during the conversation and you wish to delete the messages sent from a particular number, select Delete by phone option.

8. Choose your desired messages.

9. Then, hit the Delete button again to finish.

 
HTC Sensation 4G: How to Delete a Single Message in Message app

Sometimes you may find that there are no space available left on both of your HTC Sensation internal memory as well as in the storage card, this means it’s time that you should remove some of your big messages to give room for the new ones. Do these few steps below to know how you can delete a single message on your device:

1. First, tap the Home key to get back to your Home screen.

2. Then choose the Apps icon.

3. Next, tap to select the Message app.

4. Now, choose a contact (or a phone number) on the All messages screen to show all your exchanging messages with that contact.

5. Here, select the message you wish to delete.

6. If you have locked that message, hit Unlock message on the options menu.

7. Then touch on that message to view the Options menu again.

8. Next, hit the Delete message button on the Options menu.

9. You will see a pop-up asked to confirm your deletion.

10. Just tap OK to finish.

 
HTC Sensation 4G: How to Copy a Message to SIM Card

Once you find your HTC Sensation 4G’s internal storage has been overloaded with messages, you can move them to your SIM card to save up some room. Or sometimes, you just want to save your messages in your SIM card so that you can still view all of them, even when you insert your SIM card into a new phone. Just do these following to know how:

1. Now, tap the Home key to return to your Home screen.

3. Then select the Message app.

4. Now, select a contact (or a phone number) on the All messages screen to show all exchanging messages with that contact.

6. Choose the Copy to SIM option.

You will notice a SIM card htc - senst 4g_mess_copy2sim icon appears at the right side of that message.

7. Now, if you want to use this SIM card on another phone, you can always view the messages you have just saved.

 
HTC Sensation 4G: How to Protect a Message from Deletion

Sometimes you may let your friend borrow your HTC Sensation 4G for a while, but when you receive it back, you can no longer see some of your personal message available on your Sensation 4G anymore. To avoid this happens, you’d better lock your message so that it will not be deleted even if you delete the other messages in that conversation. Here’s how:

1. Now, tap the Home key to return to your Home screen.

2. Next, tap the Apps icon.

3. Then select the Message app.

4. Now, select a contact (or phone number) on the All messages screen to show all exchanging messages with that contact.

5. Next, choose the message that you wish to lock.

6. Finally, touch the Lock message pane on the options menu.

You will see a lock icon htc - senst 4g_mess_lock appears at the right side of your message.

7. Now, all your desired messages have been put under safe protection.

 
HTC Sensation 4G: How to Check the Weather Using the Weather App

Knowing the weather clearly can be a great advantage to determine your summer journey or schedule a cool picnic with friends. In those cases, the Weather app can come in handy. This tutorial will help you find the current weather condition, and a weather forecast for the next few days.

1. Now, tap the Home key to return to your Home screen.

2. Next, tap the Apps icon.

3. Then select the Weather app.

4. Here, you will see a full screen animation of your current weather, and some weather information including temperature, approximate time of sunset, and more.

Just swipe your finger up or down the screen to see other cities’ weather.

5. Tap htc - senst 4g_weather_more_info to view more details.

You can now view weather forecasts for the current day and the following days.

6. While viewing the forecasts, you can:

- Swipe your finger up or down the screen to check weather detail from other places.

- Update weather details by hitting the htc - senst 4g_weather_upd button.

Notes:

- Before performing any checking, you need to connect to the Internet.

- Then, you will also need to turn on Location services. (If you haven't activated it yet, go to Settings, tap Location and turn it on).

- You can also view both weather of your current location as well as those from other cities around the world.

- Once you made settings in the Weather app or widget, you would also see all the weather info shown in the Clock and Calendar app change as well.
